    1. With the user's consent, the Company provides personal information to third parties as follows.

    • The Catholic University of Korea Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation: Behavioral research to enhance interview evaluation analysis
    • Jieum and Gitdeum Co., Ltd. (지음과 깃듦주식회사): Behavioral indicator research to improve interview reports

    2. Items Provided

    Interview video and audio that are processed (through encryption or obfuscation), stored, and transmitted in a manner that makes it difficult to identify faces or sensitive information; response content; speech-to-text conversion results (STT); AI analysis results and reports; decryption keys for the relevant files; and other information necessary to achieve the research purpose.

    3. Retention and Use Period

    Until the purpose of provision has been achieved or the user requests withdrawal of consent. However, if retention is required under applicable laws or research ethics standards, the information may be retained for the required period.

    Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages

    Users may refuse to consent to the provision of personal information to third parties. If a user does not consent, access to research or services that require such third-party provision may be restricted.

    Safeguards

    To protect personal information, the Company applies technical safeguards such as encryption and obfuscation to interview video, audio, and analysis files during provision and storage, and ensures that recipients use decryption keys only within the scope of the research purpose.
